April 26 Towers: Don’t waste your summer plus EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE of T4G Late Night event

Communications Staff — April 27, 2010

The April 26 Towers offers the exhortation to Southern Seminary students: “Don’t Waste your Summer” and provides exclusive coverage of the Together for the Gospel Late Night event that featured R. Albert Mohler Jr., Mark Dever, Ligon Duncan and C.J. Mahaney exhorting 200 young leaders.

Southern Seminary is expanding its summer schedule by five weeks and several professors will be offering courses during the summer for the first time.

The T4G Late Night event presented the four T4G original organizers the charge of taking 10 minutes to give “the talk of their life” to 200 of the next generation of ministers. The four did not disappoint, offering unique advice and exhortation to young leaders.

News.sbts.edu will feature these four men’s exhortations over the next couple of days.

Also featured in this issue:

  • 3 questions with Bob Kauflin, Director of Worship Development for Sovereign Grace Ministries
  • A report on Southern Seminary’s spring board of trustees meeting.
  • Profile of the 2010 Clyde T. Francisco preaching award recipient at SBTS.
  • Kevin DeYoung’s message at Boyce College, Southern’s undergraduate institution.
