Harrod began serving Southern Seminary in 2008 as the director of Institutional Assessment.
Dr. Harrod is the Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness. He has been an Associate Professor for Biblical Spirituality since 2015. He is a fellow of the Andrew Fuller Center for Baptist Studies and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. Harrod is married to Tracy and they have three children. He is a deacon at Highview Baptist Church and also serves on their worship team.
