All Boyce and Southern students, student wives, female staff, and faculty and staff wives are invited.

The students of Southern and Boyce will worship together and hear a message from Dr. Mohler to encourage them for the start of the new semester. Dr. Mohler will also introduce new trustees and faculty, and new faculty members will sign the abstract of principles.

In this Bookstore event, Drs. Burk, Schreiner, Hamilton, and Walker will discuss Mere Complementarianism: Male and Female in the Image of God. Written by Dr. Burk, the book is a guide to understanding God's good design for men and women. Hamilton & Ozolins will interview Southern alumnus Mr. Jonathan Alan Ginn about his new book Everlasting Is His Steadfast Love: The Messianic Macrostructure of the Fifth Book of the Hebrew Psalter. The book examines the fifth book of the psalter, showing how it has been purposefully structured to point readers ahead to a Messianic King in David's line.
