    Event Staff Arrives & Breakfast on the Patio

    Event Staff Meeting & Complete Set Up

    9:15am |
    Finish Set Up

    9:45am |
    Event Staff at Registration Posts

    10:00am |
    Registration Opens

    10:30am |
    Jason’s Deli arrives and lunch set up begins

    10:45am/11:00am |
    Lunch will be available on the patio
    *Staff will eat in shifts

    11:15am |
    Volunteers head out to assigned spots & Players are ushered to their carts for the shotgun start

    11:30am – 5:00pm |

    4:15pm |
    Dinner is Ready

    4:30/4:45pm |
    Event Staff will be shuttled back to the Clubhouse
    *Staff will wait to eat until players have gone through the buffet line

    5:00pm |
    All players have returned to Clubhouse
    Dinner program will begin

    5:30pm |
    Most Event Staff will leave patio and begin course clean up

    5:30pm – 6:30pm |
    Box Truck Repacking & Event Tear Down
