Student Organization Event Request Form

  • General Information

    Please submit this form when you need to reserve rooms or services from the Events Office for your event. Please read carefully the timeline of the process below, and submit your request promptly. 1) Submit this form to request pre-approval of your event at least 1 month before your event date. 2) You will be notified when Student Life has approved your event request with the Events Office. 3) The deadline for you to make any changes to your event is 2 weeks before the event date. 4) Any changes after this date incur a $100 fine.

  • Click on all of the technology resources that you might need. If you have any other requests that are not indicated on the list, please e-mail us at studentlife@sbts.edu. Depending on the venue some resources may not be available. President's Reception Room has very limited technology resources.
  • Note: Any changes requested within two weeks of the event will be pending for approval.
