Intramural Sports
In Intramural Sports, we strive together to glorify God as we compete in individual and team sports. The sports God has given us to enjoy function as avenues for bodily exercise, spiritual worship, fellowship with one another, and rest. All shield card holders are welcomed to participate.
Co-ed Volleyball League
The Health and Rec. Center will once more host its growing co-ed volleyball league this spring and registration is still open! Matches will be played between 4-8 p.m. on Monday nights (3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/10) in the HRC Main Gym. Register yourself and/or your team by March 1 at noon in order to receive the early bird discount. Men's Basketball League
The Health and Rec. Center is excited to host its annual 5-on-5 men’s basketball league once again this spring semester. The league will be played on Tuesday evenings (3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/11) from 5-9 p.m. in the main gym. Early bird registration remains in effect until 3/1 at noon, both for full teams ($50) or individual players ($10) who need help finding a team. All men ages 16 and up with a shield card are invited to register and see more details here!
Co-ed Futsal League
The HRC is excited to offer once again our annual co-ed futsal league! The league will take place on Thursday evenings (3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/13) and games will be played from 5-9 p.m. in the HRC gyms. Take advantage of early bird savings, and click here for registration and more details.
