The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
- Provide assistance to student led missions and evangelism fellowships
- Support campus events and organizations related to the mission of the Center
- Promote awareness of local outreach opportunities to students through public speaking at campus events, print media, video and literature available at the Bevin Center for Missions Mobilization
- Partner with SBTS departments in support of evangelistic excursions (1937 Project, H&R, etc.)
- Lead and coordinate local evangelistic events (Gospel Boot Camp, Reaching Out, Urban Plunge)
- Provide current information on ethnographic research and cross-cultural ministry in Louisville
- Maintain gospel resources in the BCMM (tracts, Bibles, media resources)
- Contribute to research and writing projects in support of the BCMM mission
- Maintain awareness of community events and strategic gospel opportunities
- Cultivate and organize local evangelistic excursions (The Refuge, Jefferson Street Mission)
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Bevin Center
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
