The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Provide assistance to student led missions and evangelism fellowships
  • Support campus events and organizations related to the mission of the Center
  • Promote awareness of local outreach opportunities to students through public speaking at campus events, print media, video and literature available at the  Bevin Center for Missions Mobilization
  • Partner with SBTS departments in support of evangelistic excursions (1937 Project, H&R, etc.)
  • Lead and coordinate local evangelistic events (Gospel Boot Camp, Reaching Out, Urban Plunge)
  • Provide current information on ethnographic research and cross-cultural ministry in Louisville
  • Maintain gospel resources in the BCMM (tracts, Bibles, media resources)
  • Contribute to research and writing projects in support of the BCMM mission
  • Maintain awareness of community events and strategic gospel opportunities
  • Cultivate and organize local evangelistic excursions (The Refuge, Jefferson Street Mission)
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Bevin Center

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
