The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
Serve as an information clearing hub for all Operations which includes Accounting, Campus Police, Project Management, and Facilities
Filter and distribute data to the Vice President, coordinate communication between managers as needed, and prepare updates for support staff
Prepare and receive correspondence and communication for the Vice President
Maintain appointment calendar for the Vice President
Oversee email account for the Vice President
Maintain filing and records for the Vice President
Prepare travel arrangements as needed for the Vice President
Assist the Vice President in preparing for any classes he may teach at Boyce College
Oversee the administrative flow of the budget-related paperwork for Operations
Prepare weekly spreadsheets relating to the capital budget
Prepare monthly spreadsheets relating to the Master Plan
General upkeep of office and management of day-to-day operations
Prepare Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Access databases as needed for the Vice President
Coordinate communication in department
Assist in accreditation process as needed
Prioritize tasks and work effectively on numerous projects simultaneously
Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills
Assist with all areas of Operations as required
Work Environment
The Operations and Finance Team stewards the seminary's physical and fiscal resources in areas of accounting, facilities management, construction, campus police and risk management.
