The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
Serves as the primary administrative support to the VP of Hospitality Services in areas such as communications, duplication, document formatting and editing, scheduling appointments, correspondence, and other similar duties
Demonstrates strong customer service and organizational skills
Prioritizes tasks and works effectively on numerous projects simultaneously
Maintains a gracious, friendly, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor at all times with all visitors, guests, and fellow employees
Assists in answering phone calls
Assists in responding to emails and scheduling for the VP of Hospitality Services
Assists in organization and filing as well as other administrative responsibilities
Support the Hospitality Services areas (ex: Event Productions, Retail, Student Housing, Health and Recreation, Legacy Hotel, etc.) as needed
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
