The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Serves as the primary administrative support to the VP of Hospitality Services in areas such as communications, duplication, document formatting and editing, scheduling appointments, correspondence, and other similar duties
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Prioritizes tasks and works effectively on numerous projects simultaneously
  • Maintains a gracious, friendly, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor at all times with all visitors, guests, and fellow employees
  • Assists in answering phone calls
  • Assists in responding to emails and scheduling for the VP of Hospitality Services
  • Assists in organization and filing as well as other administrative responsibilities
  • Support the Hospitality Services areas (ex: Event Productions, Retail, Student Housing, Health and Recreation, Legacy Hotel, etc.) as needed

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
