Check-In: 4:00 P.M.
Check-Out: 11:00 A.M.

The Legacy front desk closes each night at 11:00P.M. If you plan to arrive after 11pm, please call the Legacy upon your arrival and press ‘1’ to speak to the on-call representative. Our on-call staff is delighted to meet your family at the hotel to check you in promptly and ensure a smooth check-in.

Graduation Reservations

To make a reservation for graduation, please reach out to our Legacy Front Desk Supervisor by calling 502-897-4278.

There are several unique requirements for reservations during either December or May graduation:

No Discounts Offered
50% Deposit Required
Only 50% of Deposit Refunded Upon Cancelation
