New Testament Exposition
The Doctor of Ministry in New Testament Exposition is specifically designed to provide students with a high level of engagement with the New Testament while maintaining a focus on local church ministry.
Through this course of study, pastors and ministry leaders are given the opportunity to hone a particular skill set, while continuing to sharpen the ministry tools acquired in their master’s degree training.
This program of study is offered as a 32 Hour D.Min. degree.
- Intro to Doctoral Research & Writing (1 hour)
- Project Methodology (1 hour)
- Four Foundational Seminars (16 hours)
- Contextualized Writing Seminar (8 hours)
- Research Project or Thesis (6 hours)
Seminars will include:
- Theology and Interpretation of Pauline Epistles
- Theology and Interpretation of the Gospels
- Hermeneutics
- Johannine Theology
