Leadership
The Doctor of Ministry and the Doctor of Educational Ministry in Leadership was designed to better equip local church and ministry leaders as they guide God’s church. In this program students will spend time examining biblical and contemporary models of leadership as they relate to church administration, leading volunteers, and assessing ministry effectiveness at the local church level.
Guiding the church, steering it in the right direction is one of the greatest struggles among pastors today. You do not have to feel helpless in this task any longer.
This program of study is offered as a 32 Hour D.Min. degree.
Course curriculum includes:
- Project Methodology (1 hour)
- Intro to Doctoral Research & Writing (1 hour)
- Four Foundational Seminars (16 hours)
- Leadership in the Non-Profit Sector (or Ecclesiology)
- Ecclesiology (or Leadership in the Non-Profit Sector)
- Biblical and Contemporary Models of Christian Leadership
- Cross-Cultural Leadership
- Leadership in the Local Church
- Contextualized Writing Seminars (8 hours)
- Ministry Research Project or Thesis (6 hours)
This program of study is also offered as a 46 Hour D.Ed.Min. degree.
