Comprehensive Exams – At the conclusion of your coursework, register for your comprehensive exams.
Dissertation/Thesis and Graduation Process – If you are starting on your dissertation/thesis then this is the place to find out all the steps you need to take to both complete your dissertation and to graduate on time.
Interruption of Study Request Form – Do you need to take a semester off? Apply for interrupted status to pause the normal program requirements and fees.
Student Update Form – This contact form is required for every student before registering for courses each August and February.
Double Major Form – This form is for students who wish to major in two areas of study. This application will be submitted the semester the student takes their comprehensive exams.
Research Portfolio Form – This form is required at the end of your second semester to transition to the second stage of your coursework.

Scholarship Page- Southern Seminary’s office of Admissions has created a helpful page for students seeking the appropriate scholarships.
Doctoral Development Scholarship Application – This scholarship is for students that present papers at major conferences.
Continuation Fee Waiver Request – This form applies to program fee students who paid the program fee in full, have submitted dissertation defense drafts approved by their supervisors, and are about to be charged a continuation fee for the following semester.
