Transfer credit process:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Submit official transcripts from your transfer institutions.
3. The transfer credit office will automatically review your credit and get in touch with you 3-5 days after your acceptance with your official transfer credit evaluation.

Southern Seminary also provides a list of transfer equivalencies through TES from schools across the country, including most seminaries. Click here to view Southern Seminary’s TES website. If your school is not listed in TES and you desire to learn how your credit may transfer to SBTS you may complete the form linked below.

This form only provides unofficial transcript evaluations conducted through the Office of Admissions. In order to receive an official evaluation you must be admitted to SBTS. Questions can be directed to the Office of Admissions: admissions@sbts.edu or 502-897-4200.
