Koinonia is a fellowship event for all women of the Southern community. We hope you will build the kind of relationships with other women during your time here that will last long into the future, wherever the Lord may take you.

Koinonia events are held twice a semester in Heritage Hall. The fellowship at each event will seek to encourage women in the current season they find themselves in, whether that is the home, the office, or the classroom. The events are free and include refreshments, door prizes, time for meeting others, and a program in which faculty wives and other experienced women invest in you. All Boyce and Southern students, student wives, female staff, and faculty and staff wives are invited.

Grow in Gratitude - February 12

We tend to focus on gratitude during certain seasons or holidays throughout the year. However, as believers in Christ we should enjoy contentment and practice thankfulness on a daily basis! Consequently, join us for the first Koinonia event of 2018 on February 12th from 7-9pm in Heritage Hall as we seek to Grow in Gratitude. We’ll celebrate God’s goodness to us by enjoying fellowship, making crafts, playing games, eating delicious snacks, and hearing a testimony about what it means to develop a lifestyle of gratitude. Don’t miss this chance to be encouraged and challenged alongside the ladies of the Boyce and Southern community!

Leadership Opportunities

Each year a select group of ladies serve on the Koinonia Leadership Team. The Koinonia Leadership Team is responsible for planning and running each Koinonia event. Applications for the 2017-2018 Koinonia Leadership Team are now closed. However, if you would like to volunteer at a Koinonia event email Allie Klein at aklein@sbts.edu.
