Jeremy Pierre

Dean of Students; Assistant Professor of Biblical Counseling

Dr. Pierre joined the School of Theology faculty in 2011 after serving for eight years on the faculty of Boyce College as a professor of literature and culture. He also serves as Dean of Students and directs the Ph.D. program in Biblical Counseling. Dr. Pierre is co-author of the forthcoming book A Primer for Pastoral Counseling(Crossway) and has contributed to various other books, including Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling and Scripture and Counseling.  He currently serves as a pastor at Clifton Baptist Church and is a speaker at various engagements in the U.S. and overseas.  He is also a council member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.  He and his wife Sarah raise their five children in Louisville, Kentucky.
