JOB FUNCTIONS

The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

 

  • Collaborate with Director, AVP, and Deans on scheduling online and hybrid courses
  • Serve as first “point of contact” and primary liaison for all online faculty
  • Direct faculty to appropriate person and/or resource for help
  • Assist in assessing program effectiveness
  • Conduct regular reviews of various aspects of online program
  • Report to Director on various areas of program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Director, Instructional Designers, and Research Assistants on effectiveness of online course delivery
  • Assist with online faculty training and development
  • Learn and be able to apply contemporary educational practice focuses specifically for online and hybrid/blended learning
  • Work alongside and have willingness to learn from other Global Campus staff
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Learn how to use select software (training and guidance will be provided)

 

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
