JOB FUNCTIONS

The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Acts as a receptionist for the division of Enrollment Management being the first point of contact for students, staff and faculty seeking assistance
  • Coordinates graduate and staff involvement in spring and fall graduation ceremonies, working closely with other offices on campus
  • Oversees the administrative flow of the budget-related paperwork for the Enrollment Management budgets
  • Maintains appointment calendar and prepares travel arrangements for the Associate Vice President
  • Prepares and receives correspondence and communication for the Associate Vice President
  • General office maintenance and management
  • Coordinates quarterly Enrollment Management division meetings and facilitates meetings of the retention committee
  • Assists in the collection and editing process of the annual edition of the Academic Catalog
  • As appropriate, coordinates a variety of special projects for the division
  • Assists in facilitating positive interdepartmental staff and faculty relationships

 

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
