The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Serve as first “point of contact” and primary liaison for all online faculty
  • Direct faculty to appropriate person and/or resource for help
  • Assist in assessing program effectiveness
  • Conduct regular review of various aspects of online program
  • Assist with and collaborate with online faculty training
  • Learn and be able to apply contemporary educational practice focuses specifically for online and hybrid/blended learning
  • Work alongside and have a willingness to learn from other online learning staff
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Learn how to use select software (training and guidance will be provided)

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
