JOB FUNCTIONS

The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Prospect data entry via manual entry and imports
  • Prepare mailings for prospective, applicant and accepted students
  • Cover office and phones when needed
  • Assist Assistant Director of Applications and Analytics with different tasks as needed
  • Prepare packets for campus visitors and Preview attendees
  • Filing
  • Open and sort mail
  • Help maintain office organization

 

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
