The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Greet guests and patients of the H. Hart Hagan Health Clinic in a friendly manner
  • Manage scheduling for medical visits
  • Receive payment for visits
  • Ensure that all financial receipts are accounted for and that all monies are regularly taken to the Accounting Office
  • Use electronic scheduling and filing system to record necessary information
  • Keep track of medical records and file them in an efficient way that is accessible
  • Manage physician referrals and other medical paperwork
  • Assist in Doctor and Physician Assistant post-visit follow ups with patients
  • Continuously work with confidential documents in compliance with HIPPA confidentiality laws
  • Assist the Nurse Manager, team of doctors, and Physician Assistant in various operational needs

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
