Job Qualifications

Job Functions

  • Complete monthly audit of student account transactions
  • Assist with apartment lease preparations and signings
  • Maintain occupancy by offering vacant apartments to incoming residents
  • Assist with special Preview Days and Orientation Days for Boyce and SBTS students
  • Ensure all bills are paid on time and in the appropriate manner
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Complete check-in and check-out process for incoming residents and vacating residents
  • Maintain resident files
  • Oversee and input all furnished apartment reservations
  • Regularly assist the Assistant Manager and Director of Student Housing with communication between residents and Student Housing
