The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

  • Serve as receptionist for the Director of the Health Recreation Center
  • Type and manage correspondence, reports, etc.
  • Work the front desk of the HRC as needed
  • Maintain office files.
  • Maintain a calendar of events.
  • Communicate policy and procedure changes to the Guest Service Associates and the seminary community.
  • Order necessary supplies
  • Complete any Purchase Orders, Expense Reimbursements, Interdepartmental Transfers, Petty Cash Statements, or Check Requests, Daily Transaction Reports and invoice payments.
  • Order new employment materials for all new hires (nametags, business cards, name plates, etc.)
  • Submit Campus Technology help desk tickets when needed (Program updates, program installation, etc.)
  • Oversee the community bulletin board
  • Update and maintain monthly records for WEAVE
  • Complete Personnel Action Forms for new or terminated employees
  • Oversee the departments Pcards and reconcile transactions monthly. Train and inform office staff on proper procurement card use and handling.
  • Update, record and maintain all HRC forms
  • Attend any meetings as the Director needs
  • Update Alumni accounts, LPTS memberships lists, and locker and towel contracts
  • Bill 120 (Jenzebar) accounts for various fees
  • Train the Guest Service Associates and provide assistance as needed.
  • Create and manage all Guest Service Associate’s schedule.
  • Update and maintain HRC and Clinic website.
  • Update and maintain the HRC slide show
  • Submit requests to 5th and Broadway for printing projects as needed
  • Submit and follow up on work orders through Sodexo
  • Mangage the HRC newsletter and other marketing initiatives.
  • Update and maintain all HRC signage.
  • Assist, train and fill in for Student Associates as needed
  • Enter schedules into EMS.


Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
