The Academic Records Assistant-General is responsible for general office duties, including answering the phone and student questions. This person sends requested reports, sorts mail, orders supplies and other materials, and keeps the Academic Records master calendar. Additionally, this person is responsible for processing student withdrawals, degree transfers, grade changes, and other registration functions as needed. Additionally, this person is responsible for file check-in, processing file requests from Admissions, and assisting with student files
