On-Campus Residence Halls
The Mullins Complex has been completely renovated to be the newest residence hall of Boyce College. The typical suite in the newly-renovated complex houses 2 – 6 occupants, and most suites include a common kitchenette and dining area, lounge and TV space, and 1-2 bathrooms.
Carver Hall offers single and multiple (2-3 students) occupancy rooms for single male students of Southern Seminary and Boyce College. Amenities include a community kitchen, multiple lounges, free laundry facilities, cable TV, high-speed internet and 24-hour security.
A select number of Springdale apartments have been converted into dormitory housing for the Spring 2017 semester during renovations in Fuller Hall. These dorms are for single SBTS students and are able to accommodate up to four residents per unit (same gender). The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom housing units come equipped with standard dormitory furniture, kitchen, living room, dining area, patio, and den.
