Registration

As each semester approaches, online registration instructions, dates, and times are posted on the View Course Schedule page. If you have been admitted and wish to register, but do not have your web registration password, please contact the Office of Academic Records.

On Campus students are not allowed to register for online courses without approval from the Office of Online Learning and Intercultural Programs.  If you are an on-campus student wanting to take an online course you must submit* an Online Registration Exception Request form:  Online Registration Exception Request*submission of the form does not grant automatic approval nor the ability to register.

If you are a new internet or extension center student and have been notified of your acceptance, you may register during New Student Registration. Continuing internet and extension students may register during Continuing Student Registration. Check the Registration Schedule page for the opening and closing dates.

Please note that credit hours earned through online courses do not count as a part of your on-campus requirement but do count toward your regular semester’s maximum course load.

Many of the online courses limit enrollment so register as early as possible.  Absolutely no online course registration will be accepted after the close of web registration.

If you are an internet or extension center student and plan to take more than half of your credits for the semester on campus, you must change your location status to on campus using the Location Transfer Request Form.

If you are an on campus student planning to take more than half of your credits for the semester online and/or at an extension center and you meet the mileage radius requirements, you must change your location status using the Location Transfer Request Form

If you need to drop an internet course after registration closes, submit the Course Withdrawal Form then notify your instructor.

Questions concerning registration should be directed to the Office of Academic Records.
