Internal Move Request for Dorms: Step 1

I understand that:

1. My rent must be current and in good standing if I request to move to a room with increased rent.
2. If I am a Boyce student, I have already informed my RL of my desire to make an internal move.
3. In the dormitory, any internal moves at the end of the Fall semester must be completed before I leave for the break.
4. Internal moves require up to five business days for approval. No move may begin before approval is received via email.
5. Internal move fee schedule:
   • Through second week of class: $0.
   • Third to fourth week of class: $50.
   • After fourth week of class to 30 days notice: $75
6. I will return the key to my current unit within five days of picking up keys to my new unit. I understand that if I do not return the key within five days, I will be fined $25 for each day I possess both keys which exceeds five days.
7. If my plans change and I do not wish to do an internal move as indicated, I will notify Housing Services at 897-4203.
