New student application deadlines:

Fall Semester: 7/15/12
Winter Term: 12/1/12
Spring Semester: 12/1/12
Summer J-Term: 5/1/13

Registration Dates:

Students will register online using Moodle at www.sbts.edu.

Continuing Students:
Fall Semester:  3/26/12 to 8/10/12
Spring Semester:  10/29/12 to 1/25/13

New Students:
Fall Semester:  4/5/12 to 8/10/12
Spring Semester:  11/5/12 to 1/25/13

Tuition:

$460 per credit hour for non-Southern Baptist students.
$230 per credit hour for Southern Baptist students.
(Members of a Southern Baptist church receive a tuition subsidy from the Southern Baptist Convention.)

Withdrawal:

Seminary policy allows a student to withdraw from a class by the midpoint of each respective class and receive a grade of WP (withdrawn passing) or WF (withdrawn failing). Withdrawal after this date is recorded as an automatic F. You may direct questions concerning the exact midpoints of a particular class to Mr. Norm Chung at the number to the right. For prorated refund percentages, see the seminary catalog. Students will receive a failing grade if they simply stop attending class without dropping properly. Exceptions are granted by the Office of Academic Records. Requests for withdrawal must be in writing and submitted on or before the deadline to the Academic Records Office, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, 2825 Lexington Road, Louisville, KY 40280.
