Accommodations
Southern Seminary offers multiple on-campus housing option for J-term students, including an on-campus hotel and student housing bunk rooms.
The Legacy Center
The Legacy Center has 70 well-appointed guestrooms with some great amenities. Be sure to ask for their student rates when you come for your seminars! Amenities include:
- living/reading area
- desks
- data port capability
- cable television
- telephones with voice mail
- AM/FM radio alarm clock
- hair dryer
- coffee maker with complimentary coffee
- refrigerator
- iron/ironing board
- high-speed internet access (upon request)
- rollaway beds (available upon request)
Student Housing
Commuter space is available for J-terms, intensives, and seminars for a weekly rate. Students must bring their own bedding, towels, and ethernet cord. A limited number of bed spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information and for booking, contact Student Housing.
Dining
On-campus Dining Services
On-campus dining options include the Seminary Cafeteria for all-you-can-eat buffet dining and Founders Cafe for Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, pizza and more.
Founders Café
Grab a bite to eat or a latte by the fireplace. Study, email, or just take a break. Founders Café is a great place to eat, socialize, or both. Founders Café has an assortment of snacks, drinks, freshly made sandwiches, and treats.
Off-campus Dining
There is an array of neighboring restaurants, both national chains and popular local spots. Many are within walking distance! Nearby staff favorites include:
