Housing Visitor Form

Submit this form if you are having overnight guests in your on-campus apartment, so that Housing and Security will know they are on campus in case of an emergency.

Dorm residents should not fill out this online form, but must fill out a hard-copy with Housing or Security, which includes a copy for the visitor to carry. Visitors of Boyce College residents must have an RL signature as well.

This form is mandatory for all campus residents.

Please keep in mind:

  • Campus residents are responsible for any damages caused by their visitors.
  • Visitors are required to abide by the policies for conduct on seminary property and in campus housing areas.
