Housing Visitor Form. If you will be having overnight guests in your apartment, please fill out the Visitor form, so that Student Housing and Security will know they are on campus in case of an emergency.
Dorm residents must fill out a hard-copy, which includes a copy for the visitor to carry. Visitors of Boyce College residents must have an RL signature as well. This is mandatory for all campus residents.
Internal Move
- Request for Internal Move Form for Dorms. Current dorm residents who wish to move to another on-campus unit need to submit this form.
- Request for Internal Move Form for Apartments. Current apartment residents who wish to move to another on-campus unit need to submit this form.
Moving Off Campus
Current residents who will be moving out need to accomplish the following steps:
- Intent to Vacate Form. At least 30 days before your intended move-out date, submit this form.
- After cleaning out your unit, you must fill out a Checkout Form at Student Housing (118 Fuller Hall) during regular business hours. Rent charges will continue until students complete the form and return all keys to Student Housing.

Comments and Suggestions Form. Please provide your comments concerning any aspects of Student Housing, such as maintenance, availability, contracts and rent, contact with the Housing Office, or any suggestion you may have for improvement.

RSS- Christianity in Africa class
A special opportunity is available to students during the upcoming winter term. Along with George Martin, Randy Arnett (over 30 years ministry experience in West Africa) and Charles Juma (from East Africa) will be offering the course 33477, “Topics in Missions: Christianity in Africa.” The seminar format class will be offered from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Dec. 14-18. - Church planting family banquet
On Friday, Dec. 4, the Church Planting Center will be hosting its annual church planting family banquet from 6-8 p.m. in the President’s Reception Room. You must RSVP by Nov. 24 to attend. - Study break during finals
The SBTS Student Council will serve coffee and doughnuts to all students from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1. Come by the lobby of 5th and Broadway early to pick up your free Blue Book for you final exam. The event is sponsored by the Seminary Student Council.
