Visitors
Housing Visitor Form. If you will be having overnight guests in your apartment or room, please fill out the Visitor form, so that Student Housing and Security will know they are on campus in case of an emergency.
Bed Bug Information
Bed bugs are a worldwide problem that has increasingly impacted college and university campuses around the country. This bed bug information provides a brief summary of general information, actions to take in case of a suspected infestation, and some preventive measures including furniture restrictions in the residence halls.
Internal Move
- Request for Internal Move Form for Residence Halls. Current residence hall residents who wish to move to another on-campus unit need to submit this form.
- Request for Internal Move Form for Apartments. Current apartment residents who wish to move to another on-campus unit need to submit this form.
Moving Off Campus
Current residents who will be moving out need to accomplish the following steps:
- Intent to Vacate Form. At least 30 days before your intended move-out date, submit this form.
- After cleaning out your unit, you must fill out a Checkout Form at Student Housing (3124 Mullins Hall) during regular business hours. Rent charges will continue until students complete the form and return all keys to Student Housing.

Comments and Suggestions Form. Please provide your comments concerning any aspects of Student Housing, such as maintenance, availability, contracts and rent, contact with the Housing Office, or any suggestion you may have for improvement.
