How do I apply?

Complete an Employment Application (PDF).  Please note, you will NOT be able to submit the Employment Application online.  You will need to print the form and submit it via e-mail, postal mail or campus mail to the Human Resources Office.  You may also fax it to 502-897-4124.  Your application will remain on file for six months.

The Employment Application can be used for multiple positions.  Be sure to list the title of the position for which you are applying in a cover letter.  Additionally, many supervisors require submission of a résumé, especially for full-time positions.
