  • On February 5, 2012, at about 11:30pm, several unlocked vehicles were entered by an unidentified white male at Grinstead apartments and items were taken from the cars. The report number for this incident is 20-12-02 and the case remains open.
  • Sometime between February 10, 2012 at 1pm and February 11, 2012 at 1am, a laptop computer was taken out of an unlocked dorm room in Carver Hall. The report number for this incident is 20-12-04 and the case remains open.
  • On February 11, 2012 between the hours of 6:15pm and 7:30pm, a laptop computer was taken out of an unlocked dorm room in Carver Hall. The report number for this incident is 20-12-03 and the case remains open.
  • On March 30, 2012 a student reported that his brother who lives out of state recently threatened to come to Louisville and physically harm him. The report number for this incident is 20-12-06 and the case remains open.
  • On April 7, 2012 a credit card number belonging to Southern Seminary was used to make fraudulent purchases. It is unknown who used the number and how it was compromised. The report number for this incident is 20-12-07 and the case remains open.
  • On April 12, 2012 two contract employees stole copper piping from a building belonging to Southern Seminary. The employees have been identified and the copper was recovered.  The report number for this incident is 20-12-08 and the case is closed.
  • Between April 9 and April 13, an unknown person stole two ink pens from Edgars located in the Honeycutt Student Center. The pens were valued at about $270. The report number for this incident is 20-12-09 and the case remains open.
  • On or about May 3, 2012, an unknown person shot holes in the walls with a BB gun inside Carver Hall near room 439 and the southeast exit door. The report number for this incident is 20-12-10 and the case remains open.
  • On June 1, 2012, between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm, an IPhone was stolen from a locker in the mens locker room of the Recreation Center by an unknown person. The report number for this incident is 20-12-11. This case is closed effective June 25, 2012 with the identification of a suspect and recovery of the IPhone.
  • On June 22, 2012, a female employee reported that approximately one month ago a male seminary student placed his hand on her buttocks while hugging her. The report number for this incident is 20-12-12 and the case remains open.
  • Theft of Bicycle: On June 30, 2012 a student resident of Fuller Hall reported that his bicycle was stolen from a storage area by unknown person. The report number for this incident is 20-12-13 and the case remains open.
  • Fraudulent Use of Credit Card: On July 17, 2012 a credit card belonging to Southern Seminary was compromised and several unauthorized purchases were made. The repor number for this incident is 20-12-14 and the case remains open.
  • Theft of seminary property: A facilities supervisor reported that between July 23 and July 25, a power tool valued at about $3400 was taken from the back of a facilities truck by an unknown person. The report number for this incident is 20-12-16 and the case remains open.
  • Criminal Trespass: On July 31, a homeless man was found by seminary employees in the cafeteria bathroom at about 4:50 am. The man was transported to a shelter by LMPD. The report number is 20-12-17 and the case is closed.
  • Fraudulent Use of Credit Card: On or about August 15, the number to a credit card belonging to the seminary was compromised and used to make unauthorized online purchases. The investigation into this incident is continuing and the report number is 20-12-18.
  • Fraudulent Use of Credit Card: On or about August 23, a seminary credit card was used to make unauthorized online purchases by an unknown person. The case number for this incident is 20-12-19 and the case remains open.
  • Theft from Vehicle: On August 29, a student reported that a pair of Nike sneakers was taken from his unlocked vehicle parked in Lot 13 on August 22. The report number for this incident is 20-12-20 and the case remains open.
  • Theft of IPad: Between September 20 at 1 pm and September 21 at 9 am, an IPad belonging to the seminary was taken by an unknown person from the Admissions office. The report number for this incident is 20-12-21 and the case remains open.
  • Burglary 3rd: On October 25, at about 3:00 pm, an unknown male entered an unoccupied office space in Carver Hall and took a wallet from the purse of an employee. The suspect was driving a black SUV. The report number for this incident is 20-12-23 and the case remains open.
  • Criminal Mischief to Vehicle: A contract employee reported that on November 15 someone damaged her car by scratching both doors while the car was parked in Lot 4. The report number for this incident is 20-12-24 and the case remains open.
  • Theft from Vehicles: On the afternoon of December 5, two cars in parking lot 9 were entered by an unknown person. The radio was taken from one of the cars and the suspect attempted to take the radio from the second car. Entry was gained to one of the cars by breaking a window. The other car was unlocked. The report number for this incident is 20-12-26 and the case remains open.
  • Theft from rec center: On December 6, an employee reported leaving his wallet at his work station in the rec center. An unknown person removed money from the wallet and left the wallet in the locker room. The report number for this incident is 20-12-27 and the case remains open.
