New Student Orientation

Welcome to Southern Seminary! Orientation will lay the foundation for your time at SBTS and give you a smooth start. Orientation is required of new students (see exceptions below) and you must register online. Boyce College students attend a separate Boyce Orientation program.

Orientation Requirements

Required to Attend:

- All new masters-level seminary students

- Graduates of Boyce College

- Previous new students who entered at summer/winter term

Not Required to Attend (but welcome):

- Any SBTS graduate beginning a new academic program

- Any students studying at an SBTS extension center

- Online students

- Re-admitted students

- Doctoral students
