New Student Orientation

Welcome to Southern Seminary. New Student Orientation will lay the foundation for your time at SBTS and give you a smooth transition into the Southern family.  Please RSVP (for you and your entire party) using the form below.

 



REGISTER FOR SBTS ORIENTATION

Please fill out the information below and click "RSVP" to register for Spring Orientation on January 23, 2015.
  • Do not include yourself in this count, but only additional guests (family or friends) that will accompany you at orientation. If no guests will be joining you, select "0".
    Please enter a value greater than or equal to 0.
  • If your answer is "no", please log in to Moodle and sign up for "New Student Orientation (1415-SP-0RNTN)" with Jeremy Pierre. There is no charge for this course.


REQUIREMENTS

In addition to filling out the form above, you must sign up for the Orientation Class on Moodle (“0RNTN- New Student Orientation”)

Required to Attend:

  • All new residential, masters-level seminary students
  • Graduates of Boyce College
  • Previous new students who entered at summer/winter term

Not Required to Attend (but welcome):

  • Any SBTS graduate beginning a new academic program
  • Any students studying at an SBTS extension center
  • Online students
  • Re-admitted students
  • Th. M & Doctoral students

*Boyce College students attend a separate Boyce Orientation program.

9:00 am
Registration & Info Fair, Duke McCall Pavilion

10:30 am
Welcome, Heritage Hall

12:00 pm
Lunch and Panel, Heritage Hall

1:30 pm
