Official Move-out Procedure:

• Follow all directions on the move-out checklist, including cleaning room and, for Boyce students, getting an RA check-out form.
• Room/apartment must be returned to its original condition and empty before checking out.
• Residents must verify forwarding information and return keys at Student Housing (118 Fuller Hall) during regular hours or after hours in Security.  Rent charges will continue to accrue until residents complete the form and return all keys.

Please Note:

1. If you vacate campus housing prior to the end of your contract, you are financially responsible for the remainder of the contract period.
2. For apartments, a pre-vacate inspection may be requested before your scheduled vacate date.
3. An inspection after your move-out will determine any charges to be assessed to your account due to damage to the unit.
4. If you leave the unit in satisfactory condition and you complete the checkout process, including properly returning keys, your deposit will be refunded. Please allow 30 days for processing.
5. This form is binding, and you must move out on or before the scheduled vacate date.
