How to Apply

  • Check the most current job postings under Employment Opportunities. Postings are updated regularly.
  • Complete an Employment Application (PDF).
  • Read and sign the Consumer Report Disclosure-Waiver and Release (PDF).
  • Mail completed application (including the Consumer Report Waiver and Release), résumé, and cover letter to SBTS Attention: Human Resources, 2825 Lexington Road, Louisville, KY 40280. The application is generic and may be used for multiple positions. A cover letter is needed for each position for which you are applying. Résumés are not necessary for part-time positions. The HR office will keep your application on file for six months.
  • The hiring supervisor will contact you if he or she thinks you are a viable candidate for the position and arrange for an interview. Job postings may remain open for up to four weeks.
