Price and Payment Policies

Payment

A five-dollar fee ($5) is charged to see the physician for students and their immediate family. A fifteen-dollar fee is charged for faculty and staff. Further tests/services ordered may be of additional charge (see price list). Outside lab charges may be filed to insurance. All fees are due at time of visit by cash or check. Outstanding fees will be added to personal student account if not paid within 30 days.

This is a list of the most common tests and procedures performed at the clinic. Please note these prices are subject to change.

Physician appointments
Students and their immediate family	$ 5.00

Blood glucose	$ 2.00
Pregnancy (urine)	$ 4.00
TB test	$ 3.00
Urinalysis	$ 4.00
Suture removal	$ 2.00
Strep (rapid A)	$ 5.00
Allergy injection	$ 2.00 (each)
Mono test	$ 5.00
Pap smear	$ 65.00 (lab fee and $5 MD fee)
Lab work can be drawn at the clinic for free. A separate charge will be billed to the patient for services of the laboratory at a discounted rate.
Children Immunizations
Free for children ages 0 - 20 (must qualify under vaccine for children guidelines) [$2.00 administration fee per injection]
Adult Immunizations
Td (Tetanus-diptheria)	$ 20.00
Meningococcal	$ 80.00
Hepatitis A	$ 61.00
Hepatitis B	$ 51.00
Typhoid	$ 45.00
Polio (IPV)	$ 27.50
MMR	Call clinic
Varicella	Call clinic
Pneumococcal	Free for high-risk or those over age 65
