Aerobics Classes for Women
- Total Body Sculpt, Tue/Thu, 6 - 7 pm: Resistance training to condition the entire body. Come learn proper form while increasing strength and endurance. Instructor: Jen Solomon.
- Practical Pilates, Mon/Tue/Thu, 4:45 - 5:45 pm: A mixture of Pilates, Aerobics, and Strength Training, this class combines the best of aerobics for those who want to have a balanced, strong body.
- Mommy and Me Power Walking, Mon/Wed, 9 - 10 am: Bring your baby and stroller for this hour-long cardio workout. You will burn calories and learn toning moves along the way.

For Men
- The Resistance Movement, Tue/Thu, 8 - 9 am: Men’s class for the average Joe. Intro to endurance training and weight lifting, combined with nutritional tips for overall fitness.
Aqua Classes
- Aqua Alive, Tue/Thu, 5 - 5:45 pm: Easy on the joints, this aqua class will get your heart rate up and your muscles toned and fit! Come and have a fun water workout!
The fitness room provides a total workout combining cardio equipment, free weights and an array of weight machines. Members may use the fitness room after completing a brief orientation. The Health and Recreation Center offers a 1/12 mile indoor track, three racquetball courts, two basketball courts, a large indoor pool, two children’s pools, a hot tub, and locker rooms with showers, a steam room, and a sauna. For your convenience, the Center offers locker rental and towel service. Locker rentals range from $10-$25/semester depending on the size. Towel service may be purchased for $15/semester for a single or $35/semester for a family.
