Team Leader: Dr. Bruce Carlton At the beginning of the trip, the team will participate in an Acts 29 training along with various IMB personnel and local Russian church planters being led by Dr. Carlton and a Strategy Coordinator from South Asia. The training will run for about 4 ½ days. Acts 29 is training that focuses on the planting of reproducing, multiplying churches. After the training, the team will remain in Ufa for another ten days and will work with local church planters and IMB personnel in practically applying what was learned through the training.
