M.Div. – Missions and Bible Translation

The Master of Divinity in Missions and Bible Translation (in conjunction with The Graduate Institute in Applied Linguistics) is designed to produce graduates qualified to serve in specialist cross-cultural roles in Bible translation, ethnology or descriptive linguistics or in general cross-cultural service.

Students must complete both components below, i.e., 73 hours at SBTS and 19 hours at GIAL. Important: The plan of study should be planned carefully in consultation with the BGS Department Chair for Evangelism and Missions and the Graduate Institute in Applied Linguistics.
