Personal Campus Visit

Campus PictureAllow us to make your potential transition to Louisville, KY easier. Our task in the Admissions Office is to serve those who are preparing for greater faithfulness and fruitfulness in the service of our Lord—and we want to minister to you. The campus visit will allow you to get all of your important questions answered.

Here is a sample of what a visit can accomplish for you:

  • up to two nights of free accommodations
  • free meals for the duration of your visit
  • personal interaction with an admissions advisor
  • classroom visitation when in session
  • chapel attendance
  • tour of our beautiful and historic campus
  • information about life in the city of Louisville
  • meetings with faculty (upon request)

We request a two-week notice so that we can prepare adequately for your needs. Please be advised that visits scheduled with less than two-weeks notice may not be able to take advantage of all of the services noted above. While we are always glad to host visitors who simply “drop by”, we prefer to prepare for your visit so that you are served with excellence.

Campus visits are reserved for prospective students and their family. We will gladly reserve an additional room should your fiancé visit with you. Additional friends are also welcome, though housing charges may apply if additional rooms are needed and they are not prospective students. Most guests have the opportunity to be housed on campus in our campus conference facility, the Legacy Center. Meals are provided in our campus cafeteria. If you are flying in to Louisville International Airport, please note this on the Campus Visit Request Form. We will arrange for a complimentary shuttle bus to transport you and your family.
