Campus Visit
We would like to invite you to visit our campus. This affords you the best opportunity to see what a Southern Seminary educational experience has to offer. Seeing the campus for yourself and interacting with our faculty, staff, and students allows you to get a sense of what you can expect as a student. Additionally, you will have the chance to experience the unique fellowship that occurs among those people who are serious about God, His Word, His Church, and His mission in the world. Personal campus visits are offered Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. (ET). We gladly extend up to two nights of lodging and meals for prospective students and their immediate family. During your visit, you will have a lunch visit with one of our highly-trained advisors who can give you good information on many topics of interest related to the school and to life in Louisville. Immediately following the lunch, at 12:30 p.m. (ET), you will tour our beautiful campus. There will also be opportunity to meet professors in your desired area of study. We do ask that if you choose to visit the seminary, you participate in the scheduled activities. We request a two-week notice so that we can be prepared for your arrival. If you can’t do that, we are still glad to have you, though the shortened time may not allow us to prepare for you how we would like. We will gladly provide lodging for you and your immediate family. Additional friends are always welcome, though housing charges may apply. Preview Conference is another wonderful opportunity. This weekend coordinates everything of interest to prospective students into a wonderful conference that is informative, worshipful, and enjoyable. Our Preview Conference guests also enjoy the opportunity for extended interaction with Dr. Mohler and our tremendous faculty. Feel free to view our Preview Week brochure (PDF). |
If you are preparing to attend seminary, you are about to embark on one of the most important decision making periods of your life. There are numerous decisions to make from what degree program to enroll in, where to live, how to finance your education, and which seminary to attend.
