Registration and Payment
Registration is accomplished online through Moodle. You must complete the Student Information Form at the beginning of EVERY term/semester to remove the Student Information Form hold.
Registration opens incrementally based on COMPLETED hours, student division (doctoral, graduate, undergraduate) and location. Registration Schedule and Refund Policy
Registration opens on the last Monday in March for the Summer term and Fall semester and on the last Monday in October for the Winter term and Spring semester.
Online registration to add or drop classes will always close on the day a class starts during the Summer and Winter terms.
Online registration to add and drop classes will always end at 4 pm Eastern time on the third Monday of the semester.
Tuition payments can be made online and in person at the accounting office. Access your Tuition Account at this SBTS/Boyce Authentication Portal link. If you are paying by credit card, you MUST pay online.
Billing dates will vary by term and semester. Please consult the information on the Accounting tab in the Student Portal Dashboard.
