The policies for student records are contained in the annual Seminary Catalog. Students may review their own educational records under provisions of the Seminary Records privacy policy as well as request amendments, consent to disclosure, and file complaints. Seminary personnel have access for routine processing, or if disclosure is required for the welfare of the student or others.

Third party inquiries may obtain only specified items of directory information. Questions regarding student records should be directed to the office of Academic Records.
