Policies

Parking on Campus

Parking lots marked “Faculty/Staff” may be used without a permit after 5pm during the week and weekends. For lessons and classes which take place before 5pm, Monday through Friday, participants should park in lots marked visitor or find street parking.

Registration

You may register in person or by mail. Annual registration fee is $15. Summer session registration fee is $5.00. The annual nonrefundable registration fee of $15 must be paid for each student at the time of the initial registration for all private lessons. Thereafter, the annual fee will be charged at the beginning of the Fall Term.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition is billed by the term and is to be paid at the beginning of each term. The pay card will be given to each student confirming that fees have been paid. This card will be presented at the first lesson and will admit the student to the lesson. Please be sure the student has an admission card! Otherwise, he/she may be denied admission to the lesson.

Music must be purchased by the student.

Absences and Termination

There will be no refunds or credit for students absences. Out of courtesy, please notify the instructor in advance of an absence. Lessons missed by the instructor will be made up during the term.

Students who miss two consecutive private lessons will be automatically terminated unless they indicate their intention to continue. Students are obligated to pay for the lessons they missed prior to being terminated.

Lessons missed by the student are not made up.

Programs are taught by experienced instructors, educated in their field of expertise. A faculty profiles brochure is available in the office for detailed information
on each teacher.
