Verification of Student Enrollment

The National Student Clearinghouse (www.nslc.org) is authorized as our agent for certification of enrollments and degree verifications for students who attended or graduated from 1978 to the present. Requests for information concerning students who attended or graduated before 1979 should continue to be referred to the office of Academic Records.

Academic Records submits enrollment information to the Clearinghouse three times a semester; the first submission is sent a week following the close of registration. Students, parents and other third-parties may download or print this information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Students

Current and recent students may print out their own enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse at no charge by logging on to E-Campus.

How to Generate your Free Enrollment Verification

• Logon to your e-Campus account
• Click “Help Desk” tab
• Click on “Academic Records”
• Click on “National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification Certificate”
• Fill in required information and click Login.
• Click on Obtain an Enrollment Certificate.
• Wait patiently. The certificate will appear.
• Print your official enrollment certificate.
• Mail or deliver it to whoever requires verification of your enrollment

Parents

Parents of students may also obtain enrollment verification letters for health insurance or other purposes by going to the NSLC website. The cost for this service is $2.50, paid to NSLC.

• Follow Directions to complete enrollment certificate
