Human Resources
Ethics and Compliance Hotline
We encourage our employees to bring up with their supervisors issues concerning possible ethics or integrity violations they may witness in the workplace; however, sometimes employees don’t feel comfortable doing that. For such situations, Southern Seminary has partnered with The Network, an independent company which allows employees to anonymously report ethical conduct issues.
Make a Report
The Network is available to employees toll free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you prefer, you can also file reports online at www.tnwinc.com/webreport.
Here is what happens when you call:
- You are greeted by an interviewer who will listen and document the details of your situation. Again, you do not have to give your name and the call is not recorded.
- The interviewer will give you a reference number for your report, and they will ask you to make one call back.
- The information is then relayed back to Southern Seminary so that Human Resources management can investigate the reported information.
- Using the reference number and the date given to you by the original interviewer, you will call back for follow up. You may be asked a few additional questions or invited to share any new information at this time.
