[+] Single Male Students under 21

• Carver and Whitsitt Halls. Both single rooms and double dorm rooms are available in Carver and Whitsitt Halls for single male students of Boyce College under the age of 21.
  

[+] Single Female Students under 21

• Mullins Hall. A designated block of single and double dorm rooms is reserved for single female students of Boyce College under the age of 21.
  

[+] Single Male Students 21 and over

• Manly and Sampey Halls. Single dorm rooms are available on campus in Manly and Sampey Halls in the Mullins complex. These rooms are for single men or married male seminary students who are not accompanied by their families.
  
• Fuller Hall. Fuller Hall provides unfurnished apartments for a variety of students. Roommate contracts are available. 
  

[+] Single Female Students 21 and over

• Mullins and Williams Halls. Both single rooms and double dorm rooms are available on campus in Mullins and Williams Halls in the Mullins Complex. These rooms are for single women or married female students who are not accompanied by their families. Williams Hall rooms are not air-conditioned.
  
• Fuller Hall. Fuller Hall provides unfurnished apartments for a variety of students. Roommate contracts are available.
  

[+] Married Students w/ No Children

• Fuller Hall. Fuller Hall provides unfurnished apartments for a variety of students. Room contracts are available.
  
• Grinstead apartments. The Grinstead Avenue apartment complex features all of the amenities of modern apartment living while being conveniently located on the campus of Southern Seminary. View Amenities. View Floorplans.
  
• Springdale apartments. Springdale Apartments are available for couples without children. These apartments have central heat and air and some have washer and dryer connections.
  

[+] Married Students w/ Children

• Grinstead apartments. The Grinstead Avenue apartment complex features all of the amenities of modern apartment living while being conveniently located on the campus of Southern Seminary. View Amenities. View Floorplans.
  

[+] Doctoral Students

• Foster Hall. In addition to housing available in other buildings, the twelve unfurnished apartments in Foster Hall are available primarily for doctoral-level students.
  

[+] Commuting Students

• For a minimal charge per night, commuter space is available for students who regularly commute to and from campus during school terms. Commuting students may rent commuter bed space for one to four nights each week. A limited number of bed spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment is due in full at the beginning of the semester.
  

The housing application for Seminary and Boyce students is included as part of the admissions package and must be returned with the rest of your application materials in order for your SBTS or Boyce application to be complete.
