See our current catalog for specific details. DEADLINES Diploma and Masters Degree Programs. For Study at the Main Campus in Louisville Applications for diploma and basic professional degree (masters level) programs must be received in the Admissions Office according to the following application schedule.
For Study at an Extension Center. All application materials for potential students at Extension Centers must be submitted directly to the Admissions Office. A student cannot register for classes until he or she has been approved for admission. A complete application file normally is considered by the Admissions Committee within two weeks. The Director of Admissions then reports the committee's decision to the applicant. If a student is not approved prior to the first meeting of the class, that student may register as a special student for one semester only. The student must submit a "Special Student Admission Agreement" along with the course request form and degree fees. Permission to register as a Special Student does not ensure acceptance to a degree program. Professional Doctoral Programs. Applications for professional doctoral programs must be completed and received according to the following application schedule. Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), or Doctor of Educational Ministry (D.Ed.Min.):
Doctor of Missiology (D.Miss.), or Doctor of Music Ministry (D.M.M.):
Research Doctoral Programs. Applications for research doctoral programs must be completed and received according to the following application schedule: Master of Theology (Th.M.), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), or Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.):
